In 1990, he founded his own firm, Terris and Jaye, which grew into one of the nationβs largest political consulting firms. In 2001, he founded Storefront Political Media to provide political client.
Every one of his works is covered with a mantle of sacredness, through which he demonstrates the importance of architecture as a means of expression of human memory. 1. Request for statement by Hon. Jane Wandia(Gender Representative) on Health Care Access. The County Assembly of Nyeri has approved the Nyeri County Finance Bill, 2025, which provides for the amendment of the Nyeri County Revenue Administration Act, 2014 in relation to taxes, fees and charges for various services and other revenue raising measures and for matters incidental there to. ![]()

This follows a rigorous public participation process across the eight Sub-Counties. In addition, the approval of the Finance Bill was guided by public views and submissions from various stakeholders, ensuring transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness in the legislative process.![]()

The Committee on Transport, Public Works and Infrastructure chaired by Narumoru/ Kiamathaga Ward MCA Hon. Martin Matu this morning held a consultative meeting with the Department of Transport ,Publicworks, Infrastructure and Energy led by the CECM Abdi Khanif to discuss road maintenance and the quality of streetlights installed across the County. ![]()

In their oversight role, Members of the Committee acknowledged that progress has been made in both road maintenance and streetlight installation. However, they emphasized the urgent need for durable solutions to ensure all roads are properly maintained and streetlights are correctly installed and fully functional. These measures are aimed at keeping the roads safe, ensuring the County is well-lit thus contributing to safer and more vibrant areas. ![]()
