Clerk’s Message

The purpose of this website is to act as a link between the Assembly, the electorate and all stakeholders. It details the day to day activities of the Members of the County Assembly (MCAs) and Staff in ensuring that Nyeri County is well represented, necessary legislations are enacted, and oversight of the Executive is done accordingly. It thus conveys our vision of becoming an effective, efficient and transformative Assembly.

We humbly welcome you to frequently visit the website in order to keep abreast with the business of the Assembly as tabled. We will also upload various activities that MCAs are engaged in through public participations, committee site visits, processing of petitions among others. Advertisements, tenders, vacancies and any other opportunity the Assembly seeks to involve the public will be presented here. Our commitment is in ensuring that we remain a transparent and accountable Legislature.
