A response to this statement should provide the following:The reasons for the prolonged delay in the commencement of the construction works for Ruringu Dispensary despite the project having received budgetary allocation and the site having been handed over to the contractor in the month of May, 2026.The status of the project and the challenges, if any, that may have contributed to the delay in commencement.The specific timelines for the commencement and completion of the construction of the dispensary and the measures the County Government will put in place to ensure the project is completed without further delay. ...
