The County Assembly of Nyeri Public Accounts Committee (PAC), chaired by Hon. Patrick Kanyi (Thegu-River Ward MCA), today convened a consultative session with officials from the Department of Finance and Economic Planning.![]()

The departmental team was led by Acting Chief Officer Mr. Adan Edin, alongside Director of Revenue Ms. Rehema Salim. The meeting aimed to address audit queries raised in the Auditor Generalโs reports on the Receiver of Revenue for the financial years 2022, 2023, and 2024, among other matters.![]()

This engagement is part of the Committeeโs oversight mandate to ensure accountability and transparency in the management of public funds. ![]()
The committee will compile a report and present its reccomendations to the House.
